Say no to racism:
Racism is the denomination of discrimination and prejudice (directly or indirectly) against belonging or groups because of their ethnicity or color. It is important to note that prejudice is a form of concept or judgment formulated without any prior knowledge of the subject matter, while discrimination is the act of separating, excluding, or differentiating people or objects.
Any kind of prejudice can greatly affect someone's emotional state, in some cases even leading to suicide. Here are some testimonials from people who have suffered racism: - “It happened that the police stopped my father's car (black and I white with light eyes), they sent him down sharply and asked me if I was okay, if I was in danger or if it was my father. When I answered that he was really my father, I heard from the police that it was not normal "a black man with a big car and a blonde behind."
-"In literacy, a girl looked at me and said 'you can't sit here, I don't sit around people of dark color'. She also didn't let the other kids play with me. I was so isolated that they locked me in the playground alone and they didn't realize that I disappeared from the group. Detail: I was the only black woman in an upper-middle-class school. I straightened my hair at the age of 8 due to the trauma and it took me years to take on my color.”Never forget racism is a crime, if you are a victim or witness report.
